Your team can continue the game until they have thrown it out if there is a dead ball. The other team must go around the pallino until the ball reaches again the foul line. The raffa can be used to accomplish this. Doing this will add backspin the bocceball.
There are up to eight players per bocce team depending on how the rules are written. If you are a smaller team, you can have a player or two to help with the game.
